I want to see what you guys think I should work on because I'm REALLY feeling creative lately and I just... need to focus it on ONE thing instead of the SEVERAL directions I want to go in!

Yes, I do want to draw, but right now I don't have anything to scan stuff into, so you'll all have to wait on that. (Wonderland and Scooby stuff will be coming!)

For now, here's some comics and stories I'm working on and short descriptions of them. Just drop a comment on what you think I should work on, but limit it to like one or two, okay? (Though if you pick three I guess that's fine too. >> I'll probably be switching around on whatever two or three we decide on here.)

Another thing-- Should I dedicate a site (LiveJournal? Something else?) to one of these comics and make it a webcomic...?

1. Tea Quiero:
Written/Partly-Illustrated. An Adventures in Wonderland fanfiction, where Alice comes back to Wonderland after 10 years, is now 23, and finds that some things have changed. Alice/Hatter.

2. Yet Unnamed Alice-and-Jenny-claim-Wonderland Comic:
Comic. Alternating Artists. ~Mrs-Crocker and I invade Wonderland totally unexpectedly, grab Hare and Hatter by the balls (metaphorically and, well, yeah, literally), and mass chaos ensues. Basically just a comic with us in it and the weird-ass adventures we have. Also depends if Jenny still wants to do this one. Jenny/Hare, Me!Alice/Hatter

3. GhostKraft:
Comic/Written. A witch and her friends (self-inserts. hurr) must put the dead back in place and restore balance to the universe before it is tipped and unleashes ultimate destruction on Earth. Based around Terror Time an old original comic that didn't go anywhere. There is an EPIC and lovely Sleepy Hollow plot I've been DYING to do for this since FOREVER!! Think romantic 18th century ghosts, drama, and comedy all wrapped into one! *sighs*

4. NoMADic Tea Party:
Comic. The REAL adventures of my friends and I going through college on an ultimate quest for bubble tea, knowledge, and justice against the Evil Chemistry Overlord, Dr. Siegel. Not sure whether to reboot this to Year 3 or just modify Year 1 and continue with it (Your thoughts...?)

5. Buggin' Out!:
Comic Strip. A bunch of college students (NOT SELF INSERTS! LOL) accidentally turn an insect into a girl. Follow Tegmina as she struggles with a burning question: Stay human or change back? This makes my life as an Entomology student totally worth it. LMAO

6. Untitled Autobiography/Memoirs:
Written. I seriously want to write about my life and see what comes out of it, what lessons can be learned, how much I've changed. This is going to take A LOT of time and effort and A LOT of research on my part, but I think in the end it will be worth it. I've always wanted to make a difference in the world, maybe I can inspire people or see if my experiences help somebody somehow. I fully intend on not really embellishing it, but definitely taking a few cues from my favorite book, The Perks of Being A Wallflower.

7. The Dreamwalkers/Dreamwalking:
Written. Not *totally* sure of the plot. Pretty much a bunny right now. It involves with having dreams as actual realities, and will be not unlike PSYCHONAUTS in a way. But different. lmao, wow. Yeah, need to develop this more.

8. The Abnormal Adventures of Abby Normal:
Written/Illustrated. Abby is just a normal girl with a normal life, until all is turned upside-down when she, her brother, and her best friend witness a Reaper at work. Now the Earth-obsessed Reaper is asking for a price in return for their lives: A date with Abby.



This will also help me since I THINK I may actually try NaNoWriMo this year!!!

HOLY CRAP! I HAVEN'T UPDATED MY JOURNAL SINCE JANUARY? And when were you going to tell me this?!?

I'm back from the dead. Pretty much literally, since College has been beating the ever-loving muffins out of me, but since it's almost over, it's time for me to OFFER YOU 1$ SKETCHES!!

I really need cash flow because a summer job for me is looking QUITE unlikely and my tax refund is going towards AnimeNext.

Those of you who know me know that I'm pretty good at comics, cartoons, and Imitating Styles.

Please, please, PLEASE, if you have some money to spare, even just a dollar, I'm going to do dollar pencil sketches, inked for 2$ and inked/colored for 5$. It's a start.

Maybe later I'll start pimping out Portraits. Lemme know if you're interested in that!

Sorry my journal has been DEAD for almost a month! I was so busy with finals... And then I was free!!! ...And I still have so much art I'd like to do and so little time!!

HAVE TO GET OFF MY BUTT.

So I gave in, clenched my teeth, bit the bullet, and called Staples yesterday around 4:30, and Manager Kim said she'd call back in 2 hours because they were REALLY busy. She even took down my number. But she never called! I think that's awesome. Maybe she won't call 'til tomorrow. Maybe she won't call at all. Maybe Borders will call and be like "HEY B'BY, HOW IS MAY LOOKIN'?"

Went to the Doctor today for my horrible health lately, and I guess it makes me feel better knowing that I'm not completely falling apart. Had blood-work done, which was unexpected, and I was calm, but it always freaks me out.
[[Hatter!Muse, however, was in a corner, whimpering. I love the Tonsillitis episode, but I guess he still isn't over needles. *hurrhurr*
Lestat!Muse was getting a kick out of it, and kept saying, "HEY, look at all that BLOOD! LOOK HATTER!" I think he was also getting a bit hungry/hot & bothered, because he seemed twitchy and kept licking his chops whenever he wasn't snickering. >_<"]]

Anyway, it always feels better after they take off that damned rubber band! Augh! I don't like feeling my pulse in my ARM. I don't mind needles at all, it's the blood splurtin' out my arm and the rubber band that makes me a little uncomfortable.

Going back to Weight Watchers tomorrow morning, hopefully. I miss it! Haven't gone in weeks. Now, if I can also stop having a love/hate relationship with WiiFit, then I'll be on a roll! Gotta DEFINITELY exercise today. I've been stagnant all break and I hate it!! I've been down 10-12 pounds for a while, and staying there. I want to lose 20-25 OFFICIALLY. That's on my "to-do" list, and I'm gonna start working on it. I keep on thinking now, "C'mon! That's only 10-15 lbs more! You can DO it!"

I really need to go to bed earlier so I don't go to bed hungry. Ugh.

Last night (the 23rd, rather) another Muse entered my head: Lestat de Lioncourt. Damn you, you snarky vampire, with your bisexual fuck-anything-pretty tendencies and your luscious hair!

The funniest thing is that I never even finished the first book. I read more than halfway and gave it back to my friend Julie, whom I had borrowed it from. I saw the first movie, I actually saw the play before it DIED... But I really don't have much experience with the Vampire Chronicles. I want to, of course, but I don't.

I'm still very much obsessed with Alice in Wonderland too.

I really don't get it. I have a feeling it stemmed from my deep, abysmal HATRED for... NO. No, I'm not even going to type its name.

I've become OBSESSED with being OPPOSED to.... it.

So that night, Lestat just kinda ended up popping in there with a comment close to, *french-english-Lestatish accent* "WOAHWOAHWOAH, what the fuck is this shit? SPARKLING? I'M HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF MILLIONS OF TIMES BETTER THAN THAT! And I'm prettier! LOOK AT MY HAIR!" *shakes head like an 80s metal rockstar*

......And that's how it began.
I tried to tell him that he could leave now because he's made himself known and his feelings towards the same thing I despise, but he absolutely refused to leave. *sigh* He also demanded funny comic situations, which I am dying to draw, so I guess having him in there isn't too bad.

But I SWEAR, Lestat, if you touch so much as a hair on Hatter's head (since he's probably the "prettiest" muse in there as-so-far), I WILL grab a lighter. And stay away from Ichabod too, for both your sakes; you'd scare the shit out of him... DON'T GIVE ALEX IDEAS. Having DeLarge as a vampire is really REALLY not... Oh gosh, this really isn't a good idea. Doc, this band of misfits is led by you, so good luck, I pity you, really. *can see Doc in her head, trying not to either cry or bang his head against the confines of my skull... then again I think that hair of his would work like an airbag...* here, Doc, here's some whiskey. You can thank me later.

It's getting pretty derrrn crowded in there. Jareth just popped in to snicker at me, which he likes to do. He never stays, just comes around once in a while at the WORST. POSSIBLE. TIMES. He also lies stealing things, like jewelry or socks.

I'm not crazy, really. I just have a wild imagination and muses that definitely ARE crazy. Argh.
